Can't upload product pictures

I use the product add page and I can add the products perfectly as long as I don't add an image. As soon as I try to upload an image with it, it takes me back to the admin panel. I have tried this multiple times. Any suggestions? :censored:

Check file permissions for your images folder, also any error messages in your logs folder? (May want to check the folder permissions for it as well.)

The image upload won't work for me at all. Just going to have to upload the file into the FTP server and use the file name, that seems to work. Thanks anyway!

So, can ftp the files to the server (without changing permission levels), but can not upload the file(s) using the default upload method. How did you end up with 1.5.2, update/upgrade? Or fresh install?

I don't know if it has any bearing on your problem, but version 1.5.2 is still a release candidiate and isn't ready for a live shop.
