Moving from one account to another

I am trying to move an install that I did not create myself to another account. I have tried doing a manual install and currently am running an install through the providers cpanel. I followed http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?142-i-want-to-move-my-zen-cart-installation-to-another-host-or-a-different-server to the letter. I am currently get a white page and also a 1146 error. The error showed that my prefix was incorrect, so I changed those to the prefix requested. The old install is at signaturetennis.com, the new one is at test.signaturetennis.com.

What can I provide here to help somebody diagnose my problem.

Thanks in advance.

When you say through the cpanel, could you elaborate?

Generally the best way is to use a good ftp program (which cpanel operations may be properly controlled as the files are transferred.

White page: error log..

As for the 1146 error, it may be a result of the problem that caused the error..

The log files are found in the /logs folder (assuming that the access rights are set properly for the system to write to that directory). Also check:
