v160 Admin Widget CSS update

Hi All,
I started work on updating the css (and a slight html update) the admin widgets.
I have a branch on github If you'd like to check out the commits. I can make a pull request if you want.

Re: v160 Admin Widget CSS update

Much better looking!!!

One question.. (kinda related.. very minor to be sure) I've been working on converting my admin templates to v1.6. Using your widget images as an example, I am trying to add an image just before the widget header (similar to how I've done in my v1.5.x admin templates). I cannot for the LIFE of me figure out how to do this in v1.6..

Like I said.. this is really MINOR. but would sure love figure it out..

I updated the html just slightly, so lets discuss it again if this gets merged in.
