Installed Template but Product info missing on items

Installed Template but Product info missing on items

I downloaded and installed a new template. With this new template when I click on a product, to bring up the product info, I get a blank page [an empty area where addition product info should be shown]. What could be causing this issue?

Thanks, so something to learn, if you buy templates from http://############################################/, they don't seem to supply the some of the addons used in your templates [they did not mentions special addons were used].
