Does Zen Cart have a SCREEN READER capability FOR THE BLIND?

Running v139f.
Have a question attempting to purchase from my Zen Cart, and is BLIND. Says he cannot navigate Zen Cart site because SCREEN READER does NOT FUNCTION. Any ideas how to fix this?

In what way does his screen reader not function? Is there some specific page or element at issue, or the whole site? And what modifications do you have from stock? What template? Seeing your site live may help us advise you.
