Hi,

Why do we occasionally get orders with products missing attributes (e.g. size, color)?

Can you post a few URLs to some of the Products that you have had ordered without the Attributes selected?

Your Wish List doesn't work properly so it does not save the Attributes and when things are moved from the Wish List to the cart the attributes are lost ...

You might check the add ons I thought there was an update to the wish list for attribute issues ...

We did install the latest version and got it to work with the latest zen cart. If there was an update to the wish list for attribute issues, it doesn't fix the problem.

It looks like the module is no longer supported/updated nor there is an active thread in the forum. Any suggestion?

So you are using WishLists - Version: 0.9 (Internal version: 4) already?

If that is the case, you might look to the support thread for it and see if someone has a solution for it ...
