Wish List - can Shopping Cart be used as one?

When multiple items are added to the shopping cart do all the other items continue to remain in the cart after purchasing say just one or two so that it remains as the customers 'Wish List' similar to those found on some sites? - or is there in fact a module for this?

Not sure what you're asking. All products in the cart will go through checkout. There's no way to leave items in the cart when checking out.

I think there's a Wishlist mod in the Plugins area.

There is a plugin called "Save for Later" which allows you to keep some items in your shopping cart while checking out others, not sure of version or compatibility.

Thank you both for the very quick responses. I have already loaded the 'Save for Later' plugin and it is great - so thanks for your help.
