Need help to change my Product Page to this Design...see Picture inside

Hi Guys, I really want to change my product page to this cleaner version (see pix)
I found on a website somewhere, I am running a custom template atm but like this design, can anyone help me with where to start to achieve this as a global change, is there a mod?

Thanks Egg:cool:
