Can't log into admin panel store not showing CSS styles/template

My client just told me that the store for their site is not showing up with CSS styles or template. I am trying to troubleshoot by logging into zen cart admin page for the store and I get this message:

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to store.noisereductionenterprises.com.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

About a month ago the client renewed their ssl cert. I am going to contact the host to see if it's installed on the zen cart subdomain maybe that is causing the issue.

Why else would I not be able to login or why would the stylesheet stop working?

It appears that the zen cart version is 1.5.0

The site doesn't appear to have an SSL certificate installed at all (or the server is misconfigured and simply can't read it).

I suggest that until the host resolves the issue that you simply disable the SSL functionality. Other than a false sense of security that SSL will protect against all manner of evils, most sites don't actually need this anyway.
