1146 Table 'web43-zen139f.db_cache' doesn't exist in: [db_cache table]

I've had zencart running and working well for a long time now, then out of nowhere today I get this error message preventing access to the site. It comes up both when accessing the public and admin sides of the website.

Help?!

Do you have a backup of your database ? What version of Zencart ?

Do you have a backup of your database ? What version of Zencart ?

I do have a backup, it's not very recent though. Version 139e.
