Additional Images for Products

Hey guys, another question for you. I've been looking for advice on how to get my additional images to show up. I've checked the additional images=true (1) and I've named the pic as custom.jpg and custom_02_.jpg, even tried without the underscores. I've even tried a sub folder to images/custom and just in the /image folder. No matter what I do I cannot get multiple pics to show up for a single product. Only addon I have is CKeditor.

Is this what you have set?

admin->configuration->images->Product Info - Number of Additional Images per Row

I have that set to 10, the default was three but I have 6 plus the original that I would like to have show up.

Any other suggestions?

ie: .jpg and .Jpg are different

Post a link to product where this occurs and name the additional image that doesn't show?

they are in my ..../includes/templates/..../images

and the first image is custom.jpg and it shows on the site...... the next and in order are custom_02_.jpg all the way through 07.jpg all with custom as the lead text. I have also tried labeling the first one as custom_01_.jpg and it still didn't work.

This seems to be connected to a local setup as all links have a local address of 192.168.1.6?

wonder why that is.... i have my name set up through register.com

Have you had a local copy of this on your computer?

I am hosting from this computer.... I've made some changes, see if that makes anything better....... were you at least able to see the main page? just not the links? Thanks for the help btw.....

No problem loading your site.

Install Image Handler and addition of more images is a breeze.

Well it shows up ok now at ip address http://67.184.243.108
I can see the first additional image (that you don't list) custom_01_.jpg

However custom_02_.jpg, custom_03_.jpg, custom_04_.jpg, custom_05_.jpg, etc are NOT on this server (or accessible) in "images" so they cannot show up as additional images as they don't exist (or can't be accessed)

Why would they not be on the server when they are in the file. that does not make sense to be. I posted a screenshot of the files.

Look in your store's root /images/ and see if you find custom.jpg and custom_1.jpg, but not the others.

Your missing images are in the incorrect place.

move brandiscreationstation(dot)com/includes/templates/ashley_pink/images/custom_03_.jpg
to brandiscreationstation(dot)com/images/custom_03_.jpg
then move the other additional images as well

So instead of putting my images into ..../ashleypink/images. (this is where I linked them also). I have to put all images inside the my_admin/images/ folder? I ask because I thought I had to put them inside the ashley pink template but it is working now..... thanks for all your help
