Donations with Specific Prices and Other Attributes

Currently for donations, we set the product price to 1.00 and use the quantity box for the price users want to pay. We want this to function more like a typical donation site where you include:

1. radio buttons for specific amounts and a radio button for other to allow for specific dollar amounts
2. an option to make this a monthly recurring donation
3. a drop down list of specific funds or programs to apply the gift
4. free form text boxes to dedicate the donation in memory or honor of someone
   Is this possible with Zen Cart?

So, basically anything is possible, but out-of-the box, combining all of those into one is not exactly possible without additional coding.

Regarding the list of questions:

1. Possible to do either the first part or the second part in a single product.
2. Haven't found a way to add this to a shopping cart, but PayPal provides code that can be added to a page to create a monthly donation. (Have one like this on our site.)
3. Much like radio buttons of 1. A dropdown could be used. Both of these (and other similar) use attributes.
4. This too can be done with an attribute. It can be made a required item or something that is optional.
