How to move categories, products and images to new website?

Hello,

I was wonder if anyone can help me?

I want to transfer/move all the category info, product info, and product images to my new website with zen cart? I rather not re upload the info individually, is there easy and fast way to do this?

A quick search reveals: I want to move to a different server. If this is not your scenario, you will need to provide much more specific information about what exactly you wish to accomplish.
