Adding user information to Order Edit timestamp

Hi there,
Is there a way to add the User information to the Order Edit timestamp when an order is manually updated?

Date Added | Customer Notified | Status | Comments | User

This way we can easily track the logged in Admin that has made adjustments to the orders.
