Free shipping for second item ordered

Is there away with Zen Cart that when a customer orders a second item (can be different or same item) that there is no charge for shipping other than the first initial charge for the first item?

Boy I hope that sounds right..lol

I have it setup for flat rate at .99. I am brand new to this and fooling around with the cart.

If you use Flat Rate flat then regardless of the number of products in the cart and the quantities you only get that single Flat Rate price ...

What module (if any) would I use to allow what I'm seeking? I'm looking through the modules and either I can't see one or there isn't one.

You are already using the shipping module for charging 1 Flat Rate fee regardless of the number of products ordered ... that is the Flat Rate flat shipping module ...
