Slide Show - Avonlee Contempo

Am I the only one who is 4 yrs behind on Slide show? Or is it 5?
After installing Avonlee Contempo on the latest ZC download a few sample products were entered.
Everything was fine until I edited and removed some default graphics on the Main Page. That broke the Slide Show. Was the code embedded on the main page?

Where is the best thread to learn about the Slide Show and how to use it?
How do I reinstall it?
Can it be placed into a Banner?

A good place to start would be the readme.html file that is included with the template package. It also has a link to the appropriate support forum to post questions. It is best to read through the entire support thread before asking your question, as many times, you question will have been asked and answered already.

Thanks,

Anne

Re: Slide Show - Avonlee Contempo

Thanks Anne,
I found the source code in the zip file under: includes/english/html_includes/avonlee_contempo/define_main_page.php and corrected my error. So, that answers Q 1 and Q 2.

Q3: Does anyone have examples of this code being placed somewhere other than a standard html page - such as a side column, header or footer. Say, in an advertisement banner that might rotate manufacturers logos?
