Random - Customers Can't log in
Hi All
On occasion I have a customer that cannot log in, it appears when their email address and pw is entered it goes in a loop back to the log in page..In admin I can see them trying numerous times, and in customers it records this attempt as a log in, as many as 10 times but not log in was successful.
I have received this email from one...

Yes, I am having trouble - I can't log into the site with the password I created or the two I generated - it just loops back to the same log in page.*
Has anyone got any idea whats causing this.
