USPS Module not seeing the country of Origin?

Just upgraded my zencart from 1.3.8a to 1.5.1.
I also figured I would update the USPS Module that I was behind on. I removed old version, Installed new version and this is the error that comes up "USPS can only ship from USA. But your store is configured with another origin! See Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packaging."

It is set correctly in the above place not quite sure what else I can do to remedy this?

I did run a test order through my site and everything worked fine except for the error on each page with the shipping info.

What are all of your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Postal Code 15001
Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 100
Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0:.25
Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight 10:0
Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status 3
Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status 0
Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart 1
Display Order Comments on Admin Invoice 1
Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip 1

Can you turn on in the USPS module the Debug Log setting?

Then try going to checkout_shipping and see what shipping log is generated in /logs and Zip that file and attach it to your next post ...

I also use UPS so thats why the weight is that high.

I think I found the log you were looking for? Dont have any programs to zip with and it seems I can't upload .rar's

Here is text from a log I found.

If you turn on the Debug to Logs in the USPS shipping module, at the bottom of the list of settings ... it will generate files such as:
SHIP_usps_Debug_02062014192335_US_33136_0lb_2oz.log

NOTE: you could get WinZip for free at winzip.com

Make sure that you refresh your FTP to see the most current shipping log created ...

As to the weight, keep in mind that while your UPS might work with higher weights, your USPS will not ...

I am not sure why you are getting that error that you posted, off the top of my head, but that is not the log that I was really looking for ...
