is it possible to use an already made feeder to generate a txt , CSV or xml file feed for pricespy.co.nz, or other sites.

Do you know that they have a feeder for OS Commerce here:

It might be worthwhile downloading it to have a look to see how much work would be needed to migrate it, or at least the general concepts of how it works.
The google products (can't remember if that is the official name), will do the same thing, just the format will be different.
