Icons for credit cards missing - where can I obtain them?

Hello:

I am setting up credit cart payment for my website and I went to:

/includes/templates/your_template/images/icons/

and I noticed that cc1.gif, cc2.gif, etc. were not there. Where can I get these icons? I am guessing that they should come with the template but I don't know.

Another question: I am not planning on using American Express. Would I still use cc5.gif for the Discover icon or will that leave a gap between them. I would also like to have a PayPal icon. Do I just create that?

We do not supply official credit card images ...

You however, can add your own official credit card images for the correct Payment methods if you wish to use them ...

You can look in the language file where they are defined:
**/includes/languages/english/credit_cards.php

You might peek in the addon Plugins and try a search on:
credit

and see if any of the addons lead you in the right direction ...

If there is not something specific to the footer, you could look at how a sidebox might display the images and adapt it to your footer file for the template that you are using ...

I didn't see anything that would match what I want to do. There has to be someone who is using the Aberdeen Neutral Template that placed credit card icons in the footer area. Please help if you know how to do this.

You could add to your footer something like:

<?php echo TEXT_ACCEPTED_CREDIT_CARDS . zen_get_cc_enabled('IMAGE_'); ?>

Sounds great if that will get the job done. Could you tell me the file path, and do I place it anywhere or at the end? Will this take care of all of the icons that have been uploaded or should I upload one gif with all of them combined where you have the word IMAGE_?

What you do with that is really up to you as I do not do designer stuff ...

You will find the default footer file in:
/includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_footer.php

and you would look to see if you have a templates and overrides file already or not in:
/includes/templates/your_template_dir/common/tpl_footer.php

then customize that file as needed ...

I agree ... so I stick to code stuff and leave designer stuff to the smart designer guys ... :lookaroun

I wish I had the "bucks" to pay "the designer guys." That's why I have to do most of this stuff myself, with a little hlep from my friends at Zen!!!
