Unable to access admin page

The application was launched through GoDaddy C panel and the link that is showing for Admin Url is not working: It's showing: WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

If you're running a Zen Cart version earlier than v1.5.1, those debug-log files will be in your store's /cache folder.

I could locate the shopping cart directory in C panel with files like cache, docs, download. But how do I access the admin page once again or restore the existing files?

I personally have never had any luck with using the Godaddy launcher, not to say some have not, however I have not, it is much easier to just install it yourself the normal method (at least this is what I always do). If you server is set up correctly and you have ssh to wget the .zip file, then extract it to whatever folder you want it takes no time at all to get what you need on the server, then fire up filezilla set you permissions rename dist-configure.php to configure.php in admin/includes and /includes browse to the site in your browser and good to go start setting up your store :)

That log-message indicates that the database settings in /YOUR_ADMIN/includes/configure.php are not correct. Can you see your store? If so, copy the database settings from /includes/configure.php to the admin version.

Is it. Only the configuration of my store that doesn't work, or does the same error occur if you try to go to configuration->product listing or any other configuration option? Seems like if admin panel is working, but configuration.php is "missing" then, well... Configuration.php is probably missing or corrupt from it's expected location.

Thanks for the reply. The same problem is encountered whichever option I choose under Configuration Management. How do I address the problem of rectifying configuration.php file?

It sounds like you're missing the file /YOUR_ADMIN/configuration.php. You might try restoring it from the Zen Cart distribution.

Thanks so much for the tip. Actutally, I had renamed the file to configure.php instead of configuration.php while configuring initially just after download.

You should be able to get into the database - phpmyadmin - from your hosting control panel and change the email stored in the admin login/account field.

Im currently using Zencart 1.3.8 it was working fine till i moved the hosting from a cloud service to godaddy. The site works perfect but im unable to log into the admin panel. It doesnot gives any error but it simply shows the same form again to be. I tried to check the SSL part to be turned to false, Session stuff and the Security Token in the Form and all of them seems to be fine. Any help in this regards is really appreciated.

Based on the info above, it appears the link that was posted just before your post was not attempted. Have you tried reestablishing access through the SQL command(s) included in that link?
