Re: store suddenly stoped taking orders

Any debug-log files in your store's /cache directory?

Re: store suddenly stoped taking orders

You need to look at your store's file-system either via GoDaddy's cPanel or using an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) tool like FileZilla.

Re: store suddenly stoped taking orders

godaddy said they cant give me root access to a shared server to look at my cache dir. There was an error log in the file sys on the godaddy cpanel
webroot\error logs was empty

webroot\errordocs = .htacess
403.html
404.html
missing.404

Re: store suddenly stoped taking orders

The /cache and /logs folders mentioned are in your Zencart root directory. No shell access required.
