Error while copying product

Anything else I can try?
The error I am getting:
1062 Duplicate entry '859-5' for key 'PRIMARY'
in:
[insert into products_description (products_id, language_id, products_name, products_description, products_url, products_viewed) values ('859', '5', 'test product', '
test
', '', '0')]
