New to ZC and could do with a little help please!

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me a little help with a problem I am having with what I think is a hardcoding issue. I want to change the text that appears after the price on all my products (highlighted in red). Again, I am new to the finer points of Zen Cart, so could do with a little, basic help please.... thanks :)

Navigate your way to
Tools->Developers Tool Kit

Enter "Island of Ireland" into the input box "Look-up in all files" and perform a case sensitive lookup. This should give you the file and line number where this text is found.

Edit the file to suit your needs using a text editor.
