Can I send an email to everyone except for newsletter subscribers?

Hi, I want to be able to send a one off message to all our customers except for those who have already received our newsletter. Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks

ThanksYou would need to write a custom sql to add your required selection to the send newsletter choices if you are using the inbuilt newsletter.
Maybe the email exporter mod could help if you are using an external newsletter program

Also where are you?
Lots of countries DON'T allow you to do that.
Here in Australia we are NOT permitted to send emails to customers who have NOT made an active decision to tick the subscription box (It cannot be pre-ticked)

As well how would you exclude customers who may have previously been subscribers but who have decided to unsubscribe. Sending that email to them would also be illegal here in Oz

We are using the standard emailer.
I will have a look at the email exporter mod.
We need to do a one off to inform people of an update to our site, the first in 5 years.
