Set Currency via URL

Hi,

I have correctly setup and use multi-currencies. No issues here. I use a default currency of Australian Dollars AUD. Again, all good. I have a requirement to provide a URL to a Shopping network that brings the user to the site and defaults the currency to USD. In other words, I want to provide a URL of my site that will set the Currency without user intervention.

For example, https://www.myhealthhub.com.au?currency=USD. This would bring the user to the site with the currency swapped from the default AUD to USD.

Anyone done this with a URL Parameter?

Sorry, this can be closed. Upon posting, I found a similar thread answered:

"Simply adding &currency=USD will change the store into that currency, for that customer's shopping session.
