duplicating products to a different site

Is there anyway i can duplicate all the products on one site to another of my sites? if so how?

You can install easy populate on both sites and use it to export the products from one site and import them to another.

which one there's loads the only one called easypopulate though is for 1.3.8 i think. Also will it copy my attributes across?

It does have a file for model number/attributes but I have never used it. See the module support thread for more details.
