Can I export traffic statistics from the traffic counter?

Can I export traffic statistics from the traffic counter?

I recall reading that the statistics from the traffic counter, while they are not displayed, are stored in the database. Is there a way to export them? I really need traffic from a client's site and the Analytics ID belongs to the site's previous owner. :yuck:

Why not create a new analytics id and add that to the site?

Because that will only give me statistics from today on, and won't show me the old traffic. I need the statistics from before.
