How to add back the discount and coupon modules ?

I have customers complaining about the long winded nature of pages in the order process.

I'm about to remove the discount, coupon and gift certificates module components in the hope their pages don't show up in the order process. If I do remove them and decide I want them back, how do I re-install them ? Or is there another way to achieve this?

Thanks yes I can see how to turn them off / remove them, but I can't see how to add them back. That is the issue. i.e. Once removed, how do I add them back if I want to use discount, coupon and gift certificates at a later stage?
