CEON URI MAPPING , 404 error page not found

CEON URI MAPPING , 404 error page not found

I am using Zen cart version 1.3.9h. I have placed the .htaccess file as it should be , copied the content for rewrite rules from CEON admin side. I updated the url successfully but when i click the url it gives error 404 error page not found.

Can any one please guide.
