So this was an upgrade from Zen Cart 1.3.8 to 1.5.1...
Did the problems start recently or is this the first time you've tried to find / delete products?
Are there any Zen Cart "debug" logs? PHP error logs? Server error logs?
It may be worth going through the instructions here to determine how your site differs from a stock installation of Zen Cart 1.5.1... You might also try copying a "clean" copy (no modifications) of the Zen Cart admin folder to your site, edit / create the "/admin/includes/configure.php" file (can copy dist-configure.php and edit), rename to something like "Hy4erEd61", and then see if the issue persists when using the newly uploaded "clean" copy of the admin folder.
It is almost always better to fix the actual cause, rather then just applying quick patches... Going through the above and checking the items Ajeh recommends are good ways to help narrow down the actual cause of certain products and categories not appearing in the Zen Cart administrative interface (so it can be fixed).
But if you really need a quick patch, you can manually disable the products using phpmyadmin. With the stock code and settings for Zen Cart 1.5, this will cause the product to no longer be displayed... And then you can continue to look into what on your site has been modified and is causing the issues you are experiencing.
UPDATE `products` SET `products_status`='0' WHERE `products_id`='2590';
NOTE 1: Make sure your Zen Cart "admin" folder uses a unique name (not the one supplied here as an example). This "helps" improve security (slightly - by obscurity). There are some additional security recommendations in the Zen Cart documentation, manual, and wiki.
NOTE 2: Unrelated to the issue at hand, but thought I'd let you know... I personally would not shop your site as you are using "infolink ads"... I dislike how they add "links" into the existing text of a page (very similar appearance as some malware in the past)... I find these annoying, distracting, not useful, and sometimes even misleading... But just my opinion...
The glass is not half full. The glass is not half empty. The glass is simply too big!
Where are the Zen Cart Debug Logs? Where are the HTTP 500 / Server Error Logs?
