Plugin authors: Overrides of /includes/functions/html_output.php

If you've authored a plugin that requires a core-file overwrite of /includes/functions/html_output.php or if your plugin references the built-in PHP **SID **variable, be sure to update your plugin's usage of the SID, as picandnix identified in this post: http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?184548-Ceon-URI-Mapping-v4-x&p=1245756#post1245756. Otherwise, users of your plugin running on later releases of PHP 5.4 will encounter the out-of-memory error!
