HELP! USPS API suddenly stopped working after 7 years!

HELP! USPS API suddenly stopped working after 7 years!

I applied for a new one and it too does not work.

After spending hours on the phone with them (wait times of 1.5hr holds each time) they have tried to move both api#s to production and still neither one work!!! I am a total novice and don't know why the sudden break down nor how to fix this.

Please help.:frusty:

Next, check that you have the current USPS March 7, 2014 K3 version installed:

Next, edit the Modules ... Shipping ... for USPS and turn on the Debug Logs ... then try to go to your checkout_shipping ...

If you look in the /logs directory, you will see the Shipping logs ... Zip up the current log(s) and post them on you next post as an attachement ...
