How to change the Estimate Shipping Costs

Hi I want to add my own postage cost for the items I am selling, at the moment we offering £3.99 on all items sold, and then once we start adding more products the price will the varies, but again I want to add a flat rate, instead of via weight

can this be done and if so how

Go to admin--modules--shipping modules and change the amount for the flat rate module.

Thank, how can I change the shipping details and add more option as follows

Standard UK - £3.99
1st Class Signed - £5.99

Also how I can remove the following info - Weight: 0lbs, Country: and State/Province:

so we only send to UK for now
