Order confirmation email not sent to customers but I get a copy

Customers do not receive their order confirmation emails, nethter do they receive mails from order updates. I do however get copies of the order confirmation mails addressed to me.

I have checked the email connections, and I can send e-mails from the configuration module "Send e-mails".

Where should I look for the problem??:shocking:

Sounds like your host is filtering outbound messages. Could be that it thinks your messages are spam.
Try setting your email to use SMTPAUTH since that requires a username and password, which means the emails are authenticated and trusted better.
