Updating products displays a blank page

I'm not really sure what has changed. It had been a week since we had accessed that admin side of the site. Now when adding/updating a product the page is blank.

/storeadmin/product.php?cPath=18_19&product_type=1&pID=55&action=update_product&page=1

The products do update, however this is a giant waste of time.

I have given that a view and still no luck.

Any one have any information? This is a huge time waste for us since we deal in fish and corals and our products change often

You said "I've given that a view and no luck". But that gives us NOTHING with which to help you.

To say you've looked at "that" and "no luck" gives no indication of anything you actually did with the information you looked at.

And, indeed, the link given was exactly the correct advice.

And since you didn't explain what you did with it, all we can do is assume that you did nothing with it or used it incorrectly.

You said the error is "output started at /********/storeadmin/includes/modules/update_product.php:1".
So, just like the article at the link above says, your problem is on line 1 of the update_product.php file.

The article specifically tells you that functions/general.php on line 21 is only the "messenger" and is NOT the actual error. The "output started at" info is where the problem is.
