I think maybe we're all a little confused about what you're asking, what is it exactly you need your Zen Cart store to do?

There are hundreds of "applications" at the link that was provided. What template are you using to view this page? The mobile template does not display applications in the dowloads page. Change to one of the other templates. Template selection is typically at the bottom of the page when viewing pages on this site.

Are you saying that you want your site to be viewed better on devices such as mobile phones, tablets, etc?

The other interpretation I have of the question is that you would like to be able to have a Zen Cart store on a stand alone device without having a network connection. But to me that doesn't meet the expressed criteria of having an "application version" that is not just the online version with a PC.

Like picandnix identified, the question needs to be clarified for proper assistance to be provided.
