moving store to a new host

I am moving my zen cart to a new host, and can't import the SQL database.
I am following the information at http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?142
In it it says (IMPORTANT: when asked about the database-table-prefix during Database-Setup, use the same prefix that your old store uses. You'll find that in the DB_PREFIX setting of your old store's configure.php file.)
The file at admin/includes/configure.php says (this is the old store)
define('DB_PREFIX', '');
Am I in the right place since it dosen't say anything.

If DB_PREFIX is indeed defined to '' (as in nothing between those single-quotes), then yes, it means it should be left blank.
