Lowedst Price on the product info page

Hi:
When using Products price manager, above the discount box the price each is shown the highest price.
When I go to product_listing.php there is a section bof: display lowest price == how does this work?
On my site createadesign.net product EB2313V it shows the highest price.
I have been looking for a while how to get the lowest price shown but am totally mixed up.
Can any-one help me?

We need more information to answer this. Are you using attributes to set or adjust the price? Are all the attributes set (in Attributes Controller) with "include in base price" true?

Are you expecting the product info page to show the deepest discounted price for a quantity purchase? That is not how it is set up - it will show the lowest price (accounting for attribute alterations) of a single item purchase.

You would need some custom code to alter the price display to show something like "As low as $xx.xx". Simply showing the deepest discount price as the price would be misleading.
