Is there a way for customers to search through a FAQ database before using Contact Us

Hi,

I am looking for an addon which would allow the customers to search for their queries through a FAQ database before submitting a contact request.

Is there anything of this sort available?

You could add a link to the FAQ page to your Contact Us page.
