1054:Unknown column 'show_box_min_width' in Responsive Apparel Boutique Template

I keep getting error in my debug. [10-Jun-2014 18:54:58 UTC] PHP Fatal error: 1054:Unknown column 'show_box_min_width' in 'field list' :: select layout_box_name, show_box_min_width from layout_boxes where layout_box_location = 0 and layout_box_status= '1' and layout_template ='responsive_apparel_boutique' order by layout_box_sort_order in /hermes/bosoraweb124/b182/ipg.fuzzysbydonnacom/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 120

I also noticed when I went to. During setup I also noticed I didn't have the activate responsive template by selecting column widths option available..

Can anybody help me with this?

You've installed the files associated with one of the responsive templates, but failed to run the SQL install script(s) that came with that template.

OK I will try. I thought I did.
