Any Ideas on how I can fix, thanks ahead of time for helping. I have looked thru the forums. Users are unable to send email thru Contact Us Page.

I have recreated the Contact Us Page no changes.

Errors in multiple browsers.

Change Email Options to SMTP no change in errors set back to PHP

Pointed to a different email address no change in errors.

New Users are able to create an account, this works.

I can send a email from within Zencart to multiple users OK.

I tried changing the Email Address Displayed Sent From and To without any change in error.

Contact Us page worked yesterday, Only noticeable system change was a SSL Cert expired, I had renewed with 3 hours, last night. Hosting company states they do not think my new problem is related to that.

What happens if on the:
SMTP Email Account Mailbox

you just use the account that you are verifying the SMTP auth and not the two addresses? :lookaroun

Interesting enough when I switched to SMTP, the same errors came up. Now before I had changed to SMTP I was getting a popup about This is Not A Secure Form. But this was NOT A New item so I went back to PHP, cuz it was working before and I did not want to induce to many changes at once. No Shotgunnign, I am old school. I am not sure I understand your last question?

Only use the 1 email account that is valid for the auth ... you have a:
SMTP Email Account Password

Which email address belongs to that Password?

I am not set ON SMTP I am still using PHP. Are you suggesting I change to SMTP, and then remove one of the two email address's?
My logic was I still had the same errors so I went back and set to PHP.

I just noticed that was not set ...

Turn on the SMTP Auth ...

Then use the right settings on:

SMTP Email Account Password ****************
SMTP Email Mail Host mail.skaterschoicecolorado.com
SMTP Email Mail Server Port 26

I am not sure which of your email addresses is valid ...

I'm Sooo confused? rechecked all settings again and tested Still has same 3 errors. I just don't get it?

You know how when setting up an email account you have a login:

Host

You are adding all kinds of stuff to your email ...

When you set :
E-Mail Transport Method smtpauth

You then setup the account to use for the Authorization:
SMTP Email Account Mailbox [email protected]
SMTP Email Account Password **********
SMTP Email Mail Host mail.skaterschoicecolorado.com
SMTP Email Mail Server Port 26

Do not add extra stuff on your login for your SMTP Email Account Mailbox ... it is just the plain email address that is used for the valid account ...

And what happens when you do that?

Same errors in a two different browsers, I cleared cache. How can I securely get you the password so you can look if you have time

Can you check with your Hosting provider that you should use port 26 and not, perhaps, port 465

Tried and same errors.
I can send an email from the cust db in zencart when using the old setting of PHP. That worked up until today. If I can send from within ZC does this indicate a good connection settings?
I tested with two different emails both using SMTP and PHP. When SMTP was set to on they would not go out and the follow error occurred.

I have to run, perhaps someone else can jump in here ...

Otherwise, I will have to take this up late tonight or tomorrow ...

On your email soft like Outlook or whatever you use, for your SMTP are you able to use:

26

Have you contacted your hosting provider and confirmed what these settings should be on your server for your domain?
