Add PM and AM to time or change to 24h format

Is it possible to either add PM / AM to the admin's 12h time format? or change the time format from 12h to 24h format?

Where are you wanting to see these changes? The date/time display in my admin's header (v1.5.1) shows 24-hour mode.

Oh sorry I see now that my admin's header also show 24h mode. ..I think Im too tired this morning.. :sleep1::frusty:
