some attributes are not showing on the packing list - attached image -

today i checked packing list...

but there are several items which does not have attributes(color)

loot at the second product. CD-612 which does not have attributes...~~~

Check the attribute option for special characters in it's name. Perhaps retype it and re-save it and then test

v1.3.8 is a very old and no longer supported version, you should really upgrade to v1.3.9h at a minimum or v1.5.0 or v1.5.1 ...

I vaguely recall an issue that produced these results but I am having trouble tracking down the solution due to the age of this version of Zen Cart ...

Could you perhaps post a link to the two Products for CD-612 and CD-625 so I can reproduce the issue on your site to help in attempting to track down some possible solution for this totally out of date version of Zen Cart that you really should be upgrading? :lookaroun
