Hi

I purchased this module from Numinix and now have issues with it. I did contact them via email but have not had any success getting a solution to it. Also I apologize if this is in another thread. I search but couldn't find it.

Here is the problem. My site https://www.dentalofficeproducts.com is not passing accepting orders. I have calls from customers saying that they have tried several time putting in the correct info but once they get to Order Confirmation it gives them this message.

"The transaction can not be accepted. Your credit card can not be authorized for this reason. (gives no reason) Please correct information and try again if not please contact us."

Ive tried myself with my credit card info and I get the same message. I have the newest version of zen cart and that module.
If anyone has this in the past and can help please let me know.

Commercial modules are generally NOT discussed here on the Forum. There's a very simple reason - it was PAID for and the developer should support it, not volunteers here on the forum.

If Numinix can't/won't help you, you should either hire them or some other developer to help you fix the problem.

Please note that this is not a rule, but more of a guideline - there's still a chance someone might help you here, but don't expect too much...
