How do I bulk add option values to option names?

Hi

How do I bulk add option values to option names?
For example
Colour Top: 30 choices
Colour Bottom: 30 choices (same as Colour Top)
Colour Left: 30 choices (same as Colour Top)
Colour Right: 30 choices (same as Colour Top)

After creating the option name for Colour Top and then manually making 30 attributes, how do I copy all these 30 attributes of Colour Top to Colour Bottom, Left and Right?

Go to the Option Names Manager and create:
Color Top
Color Bottom
Color Left
Color Right

Go to the Options Values Manager and add all of the colors to:
Color Top

After all the Option Values colors are added, go back to the Option Names Manager and go to the bottom of the page and use the:

Copy ALL Option Values to another Option Name |

           All Option Values will be copied from one Option Name to another Option Name | 

           \[TABLE]

                                 Copy from Option Name:

Copy All Option Values to Option Name:

|

[/TD]
[/TR]
[/TABLE]

For the Copy From Option Name, select Color Top
For the Copy ALL Option Values to Option Name, select Color Bottom

Repeat for the other Option Names ...
