Product conflict?

I am loading my products to my shop and I think I am having a product conflict.

Info:

Only loaded three products all Mixed box beads - different product codes & different pictures

a) With one product enabled - clicking on the image brings up all sales information (working fine)

b) With two products enabled - Clicking on either of the images 'PP_PREV_NEXT_PRODUCT2PP_PREV_NEXT_PRODUCT_SEP2' (this is displayed instead of the product info).

c) With three products enabled - Clicking on any of the images 'PP_PREV_NEXT_PRODUCT2PP_PREV_NEXT_PRODUCT_SEP3' (this is displayed instead of the product info).

d) It does not matter which product you enable of it's own works fine

I have added a Web link to the problem.

Thank you for your time

Re: Product conflict?

Start by checking the logs folder for error messages (myDEBUG-XXXXX). This is not a product conflict, but instead seems like a php parse error - you probably have some broken code. A wild guess would be something about the prev/next navigation, but I can't tell.

Re: Product conflict?

Your page output source looks like ```html

<!--bof Prev/Next top position --> <div class="ppNextPrevWrapper"> <div class="ppNextPrevCounter"> <p class="back">PP_PREV_NEXT_PRODUCT2PP_PREV_NEXT_PRODUCT_SEP3</p> <div class="pagination prevnextReturn"> <ul> <li><a href="http://jmi.edencraftsupplies.co.uk//index.php?main_page=index&cPath=65_69&zenid=4760aeb4701d950f4760726c5303768e" class="prevnext" title="PP_TEXT_PRODUCT_LISTING_TITLE">PP_TEXT_PRODUCT_LISTING</a></li> </ul> </div> </div> <div class="pagination"> <ul> ``` which indicates an error in the previous-next navigation coding. Some constants are not being defined (thus their names are displayed instead of the text values they should have), and some PHP error is cutting off processing just after that. You seem to have one or more missing or corrupted files. Yes, there should be a debug log file which describes the error. Post that here so we can help diagnose it.

What happens if you switch to the Classic template?

Re: Product conflict?

Thanks for the help it was my fault. I is, at this moment, working again. Well I say again; what I had done is uploaded some file in to the wrong place.

Again thank you for your time of helping me.
