How do I see customers comments on orders?

How do I see customers comments on orders?

I know this is a Dumb question But How do I see the Customer Comments left with an order. I see the little yellow circle that there are comments, but I don't know how to get to them

Click to edit the order; that page displays all the details. If you don't want to change or add anything, you can hit the back button at the top right of the edit page.
