Does Paypal Express support Credit Cards?

Does Paypal Express support using credit cards?

We are currently using the old Paypal website standard ipn one which does support credit cards, however we have had a couple of transactions not go into the zencart database, but payment being made in paypal, apparently this won't happen with Paypal Express. But we just need the credit card support.

For some reason i thought the express didn't support credit cards

Working fine now
