unable to log into the admin

Hello, this is my first post here so please be kind. I have been tasked to find out why one of the admin users on a zen cart site cannot log into the admin. There are three admin users of the site and all are superusers, but as of today one of the admin accounts is unable to log in to the admin. "Log In As Customer" is installed and the admin password that does not allow access to the admin still works on the store side, just not the admin side.

The admin has changed her password, but to no joy. I have cleared the cache and tried it on a different computer. There are no error logs. I don't know why this is happening or what to do next? I am fearful we been hacked? As nothing has changed on the site or has been installed for months.

Doesn't sound like a hack. Can you delete and re-create her account ?

Hello Stevesh, thank you for the reply! Yes we were able to delete that admin profile and recreate it. All is working again. Any idea on what could of caused this? Or where to look for answers?

No idea, but files and database fields can occasionally become corrupted for no apparent reason. If it happens again, come back and we can look at it in more detail.

I'm also unable to log into my admin. I'm the only admin on the store so this is quite unhandy. I've requested a password reset but don't receive a reply to my request. What do I do now?
